Child Safety Standards

BlueConnect has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page explains our standards and how to report a concern.
Our standards
- BlueConnect is only for people aged 18 and over.
- We prohibit any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms, exploits or endangers children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- We prohibit any attempt to contact a child for a sexual purpose, or to arrange to meet a child.
How to report
- In the app: tap ⋯ on the content or profile, then tap Report.
- By email: support@blueconnect.ae. Write Child safety in the subject line.
If a child is in immediate danger, call the police first. In the UAE, call 999.
What we do
- We review child-safety reports with the highest priority.
- We remove the content and permanently ban the accounts involved.
- We keep the evidence that the law requires and report it to the relevant authorities, including the police in the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- We co-operate with law enforcement investigations.
